Immense Pleasure Products carry a Limited 1 year Warranty from the date of purchase. To receive the warranty, you must follow the instructions below. Failure to do so may result in other fee’s associated to your warranty claim. If your product fails to work due to any defect in workmanship or materials, Immense Pleasure Products will replace your purchase with a brand-new product of the same sku and type. If the product you had purchased is not available, then we will replace your item with a similar product that is in inventory. Shipping and Handling is not included and will be charged separately. This warranty is limited to the original product purchased. Any replacement product will only be covered by a 30-day warranty unless extended warranty coverage is purchased for that product.

The customer is responsible for the following:

  • Shipping defective product back to us for review.
  • Paying the Shipping and handling of the new product that will be shipped to you. Shipping and Handling Fees are $25.99

What’s Not Covered

Immense Pleasure products does not cover damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to product’s use. This Warranty does not apply to: (1) consumable parts, such as batteries, lotions and lubricants; (2) cosmetic damage or deterioration, including but not limited to discoloration and broken plastic on ports; (3) loss of or damage to removable parts; (4) damage caused by use with another product; (5) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, or other external cause; (6) a Immense Pleasure Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (7) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Immense Pleasure Product. (8) Cockrings, Male Masturbators, and Dildos
